*** Conditions

1) Season time : customers have to give us the deposite 50% from all payment.And the other,please give us the payment 5 days before the arriving date.

2) Normal time : customers have to give us the deposite 15% from all payment And the other,please give us the payment when you arrived at the resort.

• Normal time please make a reservation at least 2 weeks before the date you stay at the resort.
• Season time please make a reservation at least 2 months before the date you stay at the resort.

** Everytime you give us a deposite, Please call us to confirm.

*** If the customers cannot come in the date that you´re reservation. You can postpone the date or we can return money by thsi condition:

• Tell us 10 days before the date in the normal time ,we will full retrun.
• Tell us 30 days before the date in the season time ,we will full retrun.
• Tell us 7 days before the date in the normal time ,we will 50% retrun.
• Tell us 15 days before the date in the season time ,we will 50%l retrun.
• 5 days before the date we will cut 70%
• Less than 5 days ,no return money.
